Sebastian Leathersich

Dr Sebastian Leathersich is a consultant gynaecologist, reproductive endocrinologist and fertility specialist. He is the Medical Director of Concept Fertility and a consultant at King Edward Memorial Hospital and the Perth Children’s Hospital. He is currently completing his PhD on the management of diminished ovarian reserve at the University of Barcelona, and has a special interest in the management of menopausal symptoms and fertility in people going through early menopause, whether naturally or as a side effect of medical treatments such as chemotherapy.

In addition to being a Director of the Menopause Alliance Australia, Dr Leathersich is also a member of the WA Reproductive Technology Council and Associate Editor of the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He is an active researcher, involved in LGBTQI+ health care, and regularly teaches in both undergraduate and postgraduate settings.
