Christy Kailis

Christy Kailis is a senior associate at Ashurst law firm in Perth. She specialises in restructuring, insolvency and special situations. She has extensive experience in domestic and complex cross-border restructurings and workouts, as well as formal insolvency situations. She has previously worked at one of the leading restructuring US firms based in London for nearly 10 years, acting on a number of complex corporate restructuring matters across multiple jurisdictions, including Lehman Brothers. She was admitted to the New York Bar in 2010.
